Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment in our web design courses. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the contact information provided on our website. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Course Cancellation by Student
If you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation request relative to the course start date.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
Course Cancellation by Us
In the event that we need to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances, we will provide a full refund to all enrolled students.
We will make every effort to notify students of course cancellations as early as possible and will work to reschedule courses when feasible.
Online Course Refunds
For online courses, refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment, provided that less than 25% of the course content has been accessed. After this period or if more content has been accessed, refunds are not available.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we suspect abuse of this policy, such as repeatedly enrolling and canceling courses.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by banks or payment processors related to refund transactions.
Course Transfers
In some cases, you may be able to transfer your enrollment to a different course or session. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date and are subject to availability.
We will do our best to accommodate transfer requests when possible, but transfers cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees if there is a price difference.
Partial Attendance
If you attend part of a course and then decide to withdraw, refunds are generally not available. However, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your situation, as we may be able to work out a solution on a case-by-case basis.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In cases of documented emergencies or special circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy.
